It inherits its name from the
plant, which extends itself all the way to the beach. The small beach is both
sandy and pebbly, the seawater by the shore is particularly transparent due
to the presence of the white rock. On the left hand side one can see specks
of yellow due to the presence of sulphur mixed with betoninte and china clay.
On the other hand, direcly ahead one can foresee the reamins of the cisetercense
Monastery. On the right hand side there is a cave that can only be swum to.
It is not accessible by land and is 3,1 miles from the Port, and takes about
31 minutes. The sun hits this side at about 10:30 am until 3:00 pm. This area
is practicaly protected from all the winds except the Northen and Northwestern
ones.
