Located on the Scotti’s slope with a breathtaking view, "Villa Laetitia" is a comfortable, refined, traditional and romantic villa, obtained from a Ponza house dated 1920, completely renovated keeping the features of the insular house skilfully mixed with the modern comforts. Anna Fendi Venturini followed its carrying out looking out any detail and this is touchable from the comfortable environments and from the several panoramic terraces done.

The bedrooms In the bedrooms, all with a view over the sea, we have kept the dome-shaped roofs as well as the tiles and the furniture that have been restored showing up the shades of brown and yellow. The final touch has been given calling the rooms with the names of some spices such as Pepper, Cacao, Saffron. All the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, TV set, safety box, fridge-bar, blade fan and the heating during the winter.

The panoramic terrace From the entrance gate you can reach directly the terrace, surrounded by an open-space area and covered with a thin cane pergola and creepers. During the beautiful summer days the breakfast is served here, in front of the wonderful landscape of Ponza.

Directions From the port it takes you by foot 15 minutes. The B&B driver is at guests disposal. The B&B can be reached also by car, but the car must be small as the road is very narrow. In front of it there is a car park sufficiently large to hold the guests cars.

Thing to do "Peppe ù Cafone" who owns the restaurant called "Monte Guardia" will be glad to show exceptionally to Villa Laetitia guests the famous natural tunnel whihc is long 105 meters and connects the "Monte Guardia" to the "Parata degli Scotti", unforgettable corner over the sea where it is possibile to see the dawn framed by the "Formiche" rocks of the "Calzone Muto" and of the "Faraglioni della Madonna", tasting a fresh wine produced by Peppe himself.

Eating out  "Villa Laetitia" guests can benefit from the convention with the restaurant "Monte Guardia" located in front of the B&B and where "Peppe ù Cafone", the owner, welcome you warmly and served you an excellent homemade cuisine.
